Rain Drops

Back to the studio for an Abstract Art challenge, Raindrops and Reflections. Reflections on a wet and rainy street. There’s movement and softness to this piece. This piece is Oil Pastels on canvas.You can see the droplets of rain form circular ripples on the street surface. Reflections of stop lights, lamp posts and part of the blue,gray rainy sky. This Abstract was so much fun to paint! I let my imagination take me on a walk in the rain down a street. I watched how the rain fell, circled, curled and puddled. I saw the reflections from everything on top of the road change color and blur. It was beautiful!
