Abstract Art

Hi Everyone, Happy Spring, well almost! With these past few days staying lighter until 7pm, I feel energized and full of ideas, now all we need is sunshine and warmer temps!

In today’s Blog, I thought I would talk about my Abstract Art class and the work I have accomplished there since January. I started this class with the intent to challenge and express myself in a different genre. When I was younger, my art was more surreal and contemporary than it is today. I remember taking an idea of a landscape, seascape and just opening my mind to less detail. To Paint what I feel and not what I see! So, with this new philosophy of mine, here are just a few of the paintings I have finished these last couple of months!
